Former CEO, Hotel Property Investments

John has over 30 years’ experience in the Australian and global property, funds management and finance industries. Before joining HPI, John was an equity partner, Senior Managing Director, and Global Investment Strategist at Heitman, a global real estate fund manager. He served on its global management committee, global investment committee, co-managing its global listed property portfolios and holding responsibility for its Asia Pacific operations based in Hong Kong and Melbourne.

HTL Property offers an unrivalled level of service driven by an extensive resource base allowing for widespread and specialised marketing approaches and development of major campaigns. The team has collectively 80 plus years experience in all sectors of the hotel industry.

Headed by Andrew Jolliffe and Dan Dragicevich, HTL Property specialises in investment sales, marketing and advice across the hospitality industry, including pubs and taverns, clubs, hotel & resort accommodation, motels, backpackers and caravan parks, management rights as well as other hospitality assets.

Andrew and Dan operate with a dedicated team which includes – Andrew Jackson, Sam Handy, Blake Edwards, Glenn Price, Ben Kennedy, Xavier Plunkett, Paddy Dalton, Paul Nyholt and James Carrick – to deliver innovative campaigns, advice, and research that continues to result in highly successful outcomes with major deals and acquisitions across the country.
