Lucia draws on over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry with leadership roles across property investment, asset management, funds management and hospitality operations. Lucia is an experienced and accomplished investment professional focusing on equity and debt investing. During her career, Lucia led the execution of real estate investment and asset management mandates including sourcing and acquisition of hospitality real estate investment globally, debt opportunities, deal structuring and capital raising together with the provision of bespoke asset management for companies such as Mulpha Australia Limited, CapitaLand (Ascendas) and Mirvac Group.

HTL Property offers an unrivalled level of service driven by an extensive resource base allowing for widespread and specialised marketing approaches and development of major campaigns. The team has collectively 80 plus years experience in all sectors of the hotel industry.

Headed by Andrew Jolliffe and Dan Dragicevich, HTL Property specialises in investment sales, marketing and advice across the hospitality industry, including pubs and taverns, clubs, hotel & resort accommodation, motels, backpackers and caravan parks, management rights as well as other hospitality assets.

Andrew and Dan operate with a dedicated team which includes – Andrew Jackson, Sam Handy, Blake Edwards, Glenn Price, Ben Kennedy, Xavier Plunkett, Paddy Dalton, Paul Nyholt and James Carrick – to deliver innovative campaigns, advice, and research that continues to result in highly successful outcomes with major deals and acquisitions across the country.
