Tom Francis is Managing Director of Francis Venues, a leading pub group operating more than nine large-format hotels and employing over 600 staff across Victoria and New South Wales. He began his career in hospitality over a decade ago and, after progressing into senior operational roles, purchased his first family hotel, the Kealba Hotel, in 2019. Under his leadership, the group has expanded significantly and continues to grow. Tom is also an Executive Board Member of AHA Victoria, where he contributes to supporting and strengthening the future of the hospitality industry.
